Unfortunately, we cannot provide advice and / or compatibility information for weapons, products and / or accessories that we do not have in the store. We always offer the best service and advice, but this is only possible if we have the products on site. We therefore ask for your understanding that we unfortunately cannot make any recommendations or offer any advice for weapons, products and/or accessories from other suppliers!

Unfortunately, we do not have call-in support, as we could not guarantee that the employee with the best know-how will always take over your case, but you are welcome to request a callback via customer service / support, please let us know how we can help you!

On-site visit / collection:
As we do not have a store, we are unfortunately unable to offer this service, we ask for your understanding!

I would like to buy an item, but it is not in the store - can you procure the item?
We generally do not offer individual purchases (i.e. imports of 1 copy of an item) - for economic reasons and, depending on the product range, also for legal reasons. If you have a tip/suggestion for a general expansion of our range, we would be very pleased to hear from our customer service/support team

My airsoft gun from XY is defective - what can I do?
We regret this, but the services of our workshop are limited to airsoft guns that are or have been purchased from Begadi. For airsoft guns purchased from other dealers, we unfortunately do not offer a service and must refer to the seller.

I have weapon XY, from brand ABC, I know you don't have it in the store, can you still recommend something as an accessory or suitable tuning?
Unfortunately not! Unfortunately, we cannot provide advice and/or compatibility information for weapons and products that we do not have in the store. We always offer the best service and advice, but this is only possible if we have the products on site. We therefore ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately unable to make any recommendations for third-party weapons.

Why can't I post anything on Airsoftlive?
AirsoftLive is exclusively available to all Begadi partners. If you belong to this user group, please speak to your team leader, contact person or project team. Unfortunately, we cannot offer individuals access to create content

Payment, Shipping & Tracking

Where can I find the shipping costs, how fast do you ship?
The general shipping information can be found here, incl. EU wide shipping, for shipping outside the EU we have provided all information here. Details on shipping airsoft guns to other EU countries can be found here!
We ship daily and as soon as possible after receipt of payment

I would like to use Klarna or Paypal, but it is rejected, why?
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the payment providers and their software when it comes to agreeing to payment processing. Due to the GDPR, the providers are also not allowed to give us any information, unfortunately you would have to talk to the provider!

I have mistyped the address or would like to receive the package at a different time - can you change it?
Yes and no: We are no longer allowed to intervene in the parcel cycle ourselves - and due to our optimized shipping processes, it is usually too late for manual intervention. However, this is not a problem. All the parcel services we work with offer a wide range of options for Germany.

DPD 's Predict service offers you the option of leaving your parcel at a desired location, delivering it to a neighbor or having it delivered to a branch for collection. Alternatively, the delivery day can also be postponed.

DHL enables delivery on a desired day, delivery to a neighbor or drop-off at a desired location via tracking. If you miss the parcel, it can be collected from a parcel store.

With delivery to Access Points, UPS offers you the option of deciding for yourself when and where you receive the parcel!

What payment options do you offer?

Proof of age - how does it work?
Begadi performs a two-stage age verification - for maximum security & transparency in accordance with today's feasible options & legal standards in order to fully comply with all legal requirements and to keep the system easy to use for our customers! Further details can be found on our information page on proof of age!

Warranty, returns & support:

I have problems with a delivery I have received - what now?
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied. If there are any problems with an order or you have any other reason for dissatisfaction, we will find a solution in your interest! Please contact our customer service / support so that we can find a positive solution!

Please enclose a completed return form with the return. It must not be sent carriage forward! You can download the form here. Fill out the PDF directly on your computer and then print it out! IMPORTANT: You cannot save changes in the PDF, you must print out the PDF with the changes! In all cases it is important that the problem is described again in detail on the form, even if it has been agreed in advance by email

My airsoft gun purchased from Begadi is defective - what can Ido?
We will take care of it! If you want to return a product, e.g. an airsoft gun, due to a defect, please contact our customer service / support beforehand. Many problems can be solved with our help without having to return the product.

If this is not possible, we will take care of the repair. Our staff will provide you with all the information you need to send it in!
If Semi AEGs are involved, we ask that you also send us the used battery. Please always send in the complete weapon, not just the defective assembly. For details on how to proceed, please contact our staff or click here.
Attention: Weapons that have been modified by the consumer contrary to the current legal situation will be returned unprocessed

I have a warranty claim - what happens next?
If an item is defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it - depending on the type of product and the defect. Please send the item in question back to us and enclose our completed return form with the return. The processing time here at our company is normally 1-2 working days after receipt of the shipment. A detailed description of the defect is very important so that everything can be processed correctly - please also enclose a copy of the invoice with the return.

Do I have to bear the costs for the return shipment?
This depends on the type of return, regardless of a value limit, the law stipulates that the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods in the event of revocation and return of the goods. You can find more information here on the BMJ website.
If you have a warranty case, we will bear the costs for the return shipment and provide a return label for DHL or DPD! See also our return policy

Can I order clothing and equipment in several sizes to try on?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all products (except socks and underwear). Please note, however, that if you cancel and return the goods, the buyer bears the costs of the return shipment. See also our cancellation policy.
Each item of clothing also contains a detailed size chart, which we ask you to observe. If you have any questions about the fit, our customer service / support team will be happy to help and advise you before you order!

I need spare parts - can you help me?
The services of our workshop are limited to airsoft guns that are or have been purchased from Begadi. We do not work on airsoft guns purchased from other dealers. We also procure spare parts not listed in the store as a service only for airsoft guns that were previously purchased from Begadi. We explain the background and details here.

If you need spare parts for airsoft guns purchased from Begadi that are not listed in the store, please send us an inquiry via the workshop. Please include the invoice or order number for the purchase of the weapon in the request and also note whether it is a justified warranty case (material weakness) or not. Our workshop will then contact you as soon as possible to provide the best possible assistance

I need advice before I buy - how do I proceed?
So that we can advise you as quickly and comprehensively as possible, please send us an inquiry with the following information via our customer service / support:
- Which products are you interested in? (if there are several products in a selection, please list them all)
- Do you prefer advice by telephone or e-mail?
- What is the budget for the purchase?

- Are you familiar with the technical basics of the airsoft gun you wish to purchase ?
- Would you like to purchase the airsoft gun as offered or with a workshop customization / individual adjustments?

We are an airsoft team - is it possible to receive support?
Yes, it is very important to us to support customers who show initiative for projects as far as possible! You can contact us directly with your project via our customer service / support. The more detailed you present yourself and your project, the easier and faster we can process your request! Your web presence, project focus and references are particularly important information that you should provide us with in your first email! We look forward to hearing from you!

I am in a sponsored team - how do I get access?
Your team leader has all the tools to unlock you here, he will be happy to help you! Please note that we do not interfere with internal team rules!

I am in a sponsored team, but my sponsorship is gone?
There can be many reasons for this, please first discuss with your team leader whether there are internal team reasons. If your team leader is not aware of anything, please have the team leader(!) contact us!

I am a team leader but do not have access to AS Live and/or sponsoring?
Please contact us with the following information:
  • Team name
  • Team website on which the banner is located
  • Email address that is/was stored in the sponsoring
