Motion Sensor / Automatic Trigger for Begadi M1 Airsoft Mine
Note on legal classification The Begadi Mine M1 is available from us without proof of age or restrictions. This is due to the fact that the mine does not have any properties that make it relevant for weapons legislation. |

The Begadi Mine M1 (M1 for short) is a sim mine developed by Begadi for airsoft, which works purely mechanically. This means that neither propellants nor pyrotechnics are required. You can find the Begadi M1 Airsoft Mine with 360° coverage here .
This offer deals with the optional accessory, themotion sensor
Use of the motion sensor:
This electric module developed for the Begadi Mine M1 adds a programmable trigger with motion sensor to the mine.
To use the Begadi mine with the motion sensor fitted, prepare the mechanical part as usual (tension and fill) and look for a suitable place to place it
The motion sensor (the white dome) is turned in the direction from which the target is expected.
Important: The sensor must not be covered or shielded.
Then press the black switch once, the M1 starts to flash red, now you can move away - as soon as the flashing stops, the mine is armed.
If a person then enters the sensor's field of vision (approx. 200°), the mine is triggered and disperses its charge.
To interrupt the arming of the mine, it is sufficient to briefly press the button once while the LED is flashing red.
Info: To defuse the mine when the motion detector is active, you have to approach the mine from behind, hold the top, push the safety pin back in and then trigger the motion detector.
Instructions for configuring the motion sensor
The motion detector is delivered with the following configuration:
- 5 seconds after activation until the mine is armed (you must move out of the sensor's field of vision within the 5 seconds)
- Mine triggers immediately when the motion sensor is activated / someone walks into its field of vision
Configuring the delay for activating the motion sensor (Time between pressing the trigger switch until the motion detector is active and the mine is "armed") |
While the LED flashes red → Press button 1x → LED flashes RED 3x → Mine inactive / off |
Configuration Delay of the Activation / Trigger of the Mine (Influences whether the mine is triggered immediately or with a delay when triggered by the motion detector) |

Scope of delivery:
The motion sensor module comes in an individual box, which contains
- the electric module
- the tool for assembly, maintenance and adjustment
- Attention: The scope of delivery does not include batteries or a Mine!
Features:
- simple design, few parts and very easy to maintain
- very robust, even under mechanical stress
- very sensitive and precise sensor
- the focus delay is adjustable
- adjustable time-delayed triggering
- 2x 9V block batteries are required (not included).
- splash-proof, but should not be exposed to rain for long periods!
Tips and Tricks
- it is best to place the sensor at a 90° angle to the target, e.g. at the edge of the path, with a direct 90° field of vision across the path
- if you are expecting larger groups, the sensor can also be positioned so that the first target passes by
- for more open terrain, the countdown to arming can be extended (instructions above)
- for larger target groups, the triggering can be delayed by up to 10 seconds (instructions above)
- the mine can also be triggered via a cord with the electric module fitted
- when not in use, disconnect the battery, to avoid draining from the sensor
