What is BEGADI Value?
BEGADI Value is the idea of producing equipment for airsoft players that is well made but reasonably priced. The price is reflected in the "fancy features" area (i.e. nice, but not absolutely necessary functions), not in the material and workmanship. Material and accessories are therefore from OEM companies (you won't find any YKK, ITW or INVISTA material), but at a high and tested level

The BEGADI Value plate carrier "Version 2"
The version 2 plate carrier continues the tradition of the first version and expands it with useful details! Made of 500D nylon (not polyester!), with robust webbing and a solid bag set, it offers an all-round complete package, ready to be played with! The plate carrier is made up of four parts and has a classic cut. The front has a flap for attaching the cummerbund and Velcro for patches. Version 2 comes with an integrated admin panel, instead of integrated magazine pouches, a useful set of fully modular pouches is included!
The classic rear has a wide tunnel for mounting the cummerbund and a carrying handle. Both torso and cummerbund are equipped with a lightly padded, breathable spacer fabric. In addition, each plate carrier comes with 6 Velcro spacer pads made of a coarse-meshed and flexible endless fabric. Despite their flexibility, these pads, which are enclosed in coarse mesh, are difficult to compress. They keep the plate carriers at a distance from the body and thus promote air circulation. The pads can also be removed when not in use.
While we have deliberately left out certain features, ergonomics and out-of-the-box playability were very important to us. That's why we now supply each Value plate carrier with two high-quality dummy plates made of easily moldable hard foam
The cummerbund is infinitely adjustable using 3 ladder buckles and 1" webbing. The cummerbund also features foam inserts under the lightly padded, breathable spacer fabric, which can be removed and/or replaced. The cummerbund is designed so that the strapping can be fully adjusted, allowing the circumference to be adjusted from 75cm to 145cm.
Two padded shoulder tunnels allow cables and drinking tubes to be passed through and also significantly improve wearing comfort
The plate carrier is equipped with two multi-purpose pockets for ammunition, equipment, rations, tools and first aid items with zippers, two single (or double) magazine pouches with Velcro fasteners and a triple panel for magazines, also with Velcro fasteners. The magazine pouches each hold 2 magazines for M4/M16 or a magazine for AK, G36 or similar
In total, the set has a capacity of 5-10 magazines.
All pouches and the base carrier are fully MOLLE/PALS compatible and can be removed, added to and moved.
The total weight is approx. 1400g

The sizes of the plate carriers are infinitely adjustable at the sides and shoulders, but the front and rear parts are fixed by the SAPI plate. As the SAPI plates are proportional in size, M to XL differ both in the height of the plate carrier and in the width.
This means that a slim but tall person may reach for M, but a shorter but stockier person would be better served by XL. To make the decision easier for you, we have collected a selection of recommendations and practical experience.

Important: in the XL version, the shoulder straps & shoulder pads have been lengthened, the plates enlarged and the cummerbund extended!

Please note:
For a better look on very slim people, it may be necessary to shorten the padding of the cummerbund. Please first test whether the plate carrier fits you before you shorten the padding, as it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order if the padding has been cut!
