Begadi PRO Sorbo Pad Set for (S)AEGs "REGULAR" (50° green + 60° blue) - 23.8 x 2.5mm
These Sorbo pads reduce the impact of the pistonhead on S-AEGs & adjust the AOE.
They can be used on all cylinderheads with a straight surface.
If your cylinder head does not offer a flat surface, the original pad can be removed flat with a knife.
This also applies to cylinderheads which have an O-ring incorporated as a pad.
We deliver these Sorbos as a set:
1x 50° (green) = Soft for AEGs/S-AEGs up to 1,5 Joule
1x 60° (blue) = Medium for AEGs/S-AEGs up to 2,0 Joule
Adhesive surface & adhesion:
Please note that the surface of the cylinder head to be glued is free of dirt, oil and grease. For a strong hold, we chose one of the strongest 3M tapes with a low height. This allows the pads to withstand stronger springs and not detach from the cylinder head. However, this also causes the backing film to adhere a bit more than usual, so we recommend using a screwdriver or scalpel as an aid to peel it off, which can be slid between the backing film and the adhesive layer. Avoid touching the adhesive layer with your fingers after removing the carrier film, otherwise grease could reduce the adhesion.
AOE & Piston:
Please note that depending on the cylinder head, the piston is pushed out further by 2mm (under pressure).
This requires a piston with 15 or 14.5 teeth.
Pistonhead:
The Sorbo Pad can be used with all common pistonheads (straight or silent).
