With our Begadi PRO Piston, we offer our customers a robust and durable Piston for (Semi) AEGs.
The body is made of a reinforced technopolymer with fiber reenforcement, which ensures maximum durability and a good friction coefficient.
The dimensions have been designed to ensure maximum compatibility with different Gearboxes and Gears. The Begadi PRO REGULAR Piston can therefore be used with many (Semi) AEG Gearboxes that accept a standard Piston.
The tooth-rack has 14.5 teeth, which makes it possible to adapt the AOE for many Guns. This is possible, for example, with our Begadi PRO V2 / V3 CNC Cylinderheads or Begadi PRO CNC Cylinderheads (G36, UST45, S77).
The steel has a hardness of HRC 52 and is black oxidized for corrosion protection. It therefore offers a balanced degree of hardness that is suitable for all AEG Springs. As the teeth are pressed, it is not necessary to glue them together.
We recommend the following for lubricating the teeth and running surfaces:ProTech silicone oil or silicone grease, do not use ceramic lubricant here.

This Piston does not have 16 teeth compared to a normal full-teeth Piston, but 14.5 teeth, the rearmost "catch tooth" is always counted!
