With the Begadi HRC Gears we offer our customers a solid steel gear set with a good price/performance ratio.
The steel was hardened at 500°C and reaches a hardness of up to HRC 58 on the shaft and HRC 42 - 48 on the sprockets. Also the sprockets were galvanized in Titanium Blue. (Coating: 0.001-0.003mm)
We offer these gears in three different ratios: 13:1, 16:1 and 18:1.
The gearset is smooth running and can be installed on almost all electric airsoft guns with full tooth piston.

We recommend to combine these gears with Begadi ceramic ball bearings. (7mm and 8mm available)
For lubrication please use a Teflon or ceramic grease e.g. Begadi Ceramium Gun Grease
Suitable for springs up to M150 (depending on gear ratio, motor and battery used)
Sector Gear Clip:
We have noticed that the included Sector Gear Clip is a bit loose on the gear in some sets.
We recommend to use the gears without this clip at first or to use the Gear Clip from Lonex.
A gear clip is only needed for very fast systems or in case of problems with feeding.
