The cylinder housing of the BSR is completely CNC machined from a single piece of aluminum. This enables a seamless fit in the Stock with low tolerances. Inside there are two wide sliding rings made of Delrin, which are also CNC-machined. The advantage: Due to the low tolerances, the cylinder cannot be pulled to the side during repeating, which enables friction-free movement.
Slide rings on a spring-loaded model are wearing parts and should be replaced over the Barrels if they become heavily soiled. In this case, there are two holes on the cylinder housing through which both slide rings can be easily removed and replaced.
For mounting riflescopes, the BSR offers a continuous, CNC-machined Picatinny Rail, which is connected to the Body via 4 screws. This means that even heavy riflescopes can be used without the Rail giving way. An optional cover has been fitted to protect the inside of the cylinder from dirt. This reduces the ingress of dust and dirt particles.

The Stock is made from a high-strength composite plastic. This is significantly more robust than standard stocks in this price range. Thanks to its rigidity, the cylinder housing is guided straight together with the Outer Barrel and no vibrations occur after the shot is fired. The Stock also improves the sound, as there is little free space to amplify the impact of the Piston.
A CNC-manufactured mounting system has been attached to the front end. This is compatible with commercially available accessories with the M-LOK system. This allows you to mount rails, bipods, Sling Swivel or Rail Covers.
A steel mount is also available for a bipod or Sling Swivel. Depending on how high you mount your riflescope, the height of the cheek rest can be infinitely adjusted using the large clamping screw.
The scope of delivery includes two extensions of 15 mm each, which can be used at the rear of the butt plate. We also offer additional extensions and screws.
Please note the correct screw positions for the corresponding number of extensions. To cover the full spectrum, we also recommend the extension set (90022106), as this also includes screws (M5x30mm) if only one extension is required. Three options are available at the back for attaching a Sling. These are robustly manufactured to prevent loosening.

Also ready for left-handed shooters! The cocking lever can be rotated in a few simple steps, making it easy for left-handed shooters to cock the weapon. We have also designed the safety so that it can be operated from the left and right. You will find the safety in the upper area of the trigger guard. If you push the safety forward, the weapon would be armed when cocked.
If you click it to the rear, the safety is active and no shot can be fired. You will also find the attachment points for a Sling on both sides.

We have developed a brand new and fully CNC-machined HopUp Unit for our BSR. The HopUp effect is adjusted steplessly using the easy-grip adjusting wheel on the Outer Barrel.
The fine scale makes it easy to see the current setting in any situation. This is a TDC unit with a rotary design, which means that the large Tensioner is guided precisely and straight to the Bucking. To avoid fluctuations with the HopUp set, the HopUp arm is made of stainless steel. This always holds the position you have set.
A suitable 7mm R-Hop HopUp bucking in 60° is used as the bucking. We recommend BBs with 0.40g+, with an energy of over 2.3 joules. For a lower bullet weight or less energy, we offer a 50° version of the Bucking as an alternative. You will also find this in the available tuning packages (downgrade). The system is rounded off with a 450mm long tuning barrel made of stainless steel, with an internal diameter of 6.03mm.
Please note: The Rifle is designed "out of the box" for BBs from 0.40g and an energy of more than 2.3J! If you use lighter BBs or a weaker spring (under 2.3J), an "overhop" will occur. In this case, the 50° bucking (green) must be installed.
Example: You install a weaker spring, which means that the weapon then reaches an energy of 2 joules. So we also recommend using the 50° bucking. If the energy remains above 2.3 joules and you still only want to use 0.32g - 0.36g BBs, we also recommend the green 50° variant. The installed 60° (blue) is designed exclusively for heavy BBs with a lot of energy.
Bucking: | Energy: | Bullet weight: |
Blue (60°) standard | from 2.3 joules | minimum 0.40g BBs |
Green (50°) optional | under 2.3 joules | 0.32g to 0.36g BBs |

The cylinder set has also been completely revised. In the BSR you will find an enlarged stainless steel cylinder with a diameter of 26.5mm. This size provides sufficient air for very heavy BBs in conjunction with the 450mm stainless steel barrel.
Our Piston is CNC machined from aluminum, with an optimized weight for BBs up to 0.45g. The 90° end cap is made from robust stainless steel to reduce wear from the Sear and the Pistonheads are designed not only to deliver consistent energy but also to reduce the noise level of the impact on the CNC machined stainless steel cylinder head. To protect the Springs and make repeating easier, the model has a stainless steel Springguide with Bearing. The BSR is compatible with 9mm VSR/SRS tuning springs. The installed Spring is an M145, which generates approx. 2.8 joules with 0.40g.
There is enough space inside the cylinder to be able to use long tuning springs.
We have measured our own Springs for you:
Springs | Energy: (0.20g)* | Energy: (0.40g) |
Begadi PRO M140 (SRS/SSG/VSR) | 1.8 joules | 2.2 joules |
Begadi PRO M150 (SRS/SSG/VSR) | 2.5 joules | 3.0 joules |
Begadi PRO M160 (SRS/SSG/VSR) | 2.8 joules | 3.4 joules |
Begadi PRO M170 (SRS/SSG/VSR) | 2.95 joules | 3.6 joules |
* 0.20g serves as a reference. BBs this light cannot be used in the BSR!

The trigger group of the BSR consists of a CNC-machined aluminum body, which is connected to the Stock and cylinder housing. The internal components, such as the trigger, safety, Sear and Springguide stopper, are all made of steel. This makes the model compatible with all spring strengths. When the trigger is pulled, the Sear is guided by three stainless steel slide bearings to reduce friction between the components. The 90° system means that the Piston is fully in contact with the Springguide when cocked, so no air is wasted in the cylinder.
During maintenance, care should be taken to ensure that sufficient grease is applied to the moving parts and in the slide bearings.
The BSR has a CNC-machined, fluted Outer Barrel made of aluminum. The 450mm tuning barrel is guided straight in this barrel via 3 barrel spacers and vibrations are reduced. To keep the barrel spacers in their constant position, we use 3 POM spacers. The scope of delivery includes a 14mm CCW adapter, which you can use to screw Silencers onto the gun. We also offer a short version of the Outer Barrel as an optional accessory, which can be used with a Silencer, such as our Supersonic series, without making the gun unnecessarily long.

We recommend using only suitable (high-quality) scopes on the BSR. If your riflescope cannot be zeroed sufficiently, nothing can be hit. Here is an overview of scopes that have been tested by us:
