Begadi 8mm ceramic hybrid ball bearing, flat
The Begadi ceramic hybrid ball bearings are manufactured according to industry standard P0+ (ABEC 1), so a consistent quality can be guaranteed to make the mechanics smoother, smoother and less vibration.
Technical Details:
Balls are made of silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic material, making it one of the hardest materials after diamond.
Properties of the balls:
- Excellent corrosion resistance
- Excellent thermal shock resistance
- High fracture toughness
- High wear resistance
- Extremely long service life
- Low friction
Features of the housing:
- Made entirely of bearing steel (GCr15)
- Precise machine production with regular inspection
- Laser marking for identification of the ball bearings
Each ball bearing assembled by hand.
Exemplary load test:
We put the 8mm ball bearings through an endurance test and tested them in a DSG Full Setup with M150 at about 45 RPS, no wear was seen even over a long period of time.
General note: Ball bearings are generally not recommended for use in / with Helical Gears
The 8mm ball bearings can be loaded up to M160 springs, provided the system is set up optimally.
We recommend not to use higher than M150
