The Universal Plate Carrier (or UPC) is a classic plate carrier with front flap and laced, skeletonized cummerbund. Our goal was to produce equipment for AIRSOFT players at a fair price-performance ratio without compromising on material and workmanship. We have dispensed with a few nice-to-have features that did not seem essential to us, but have instead opted for high-quality material
That's why we use 500D nylon with a waterproof PU coating instead of less robust polyester. We use very robust webbing, high-quality Velcro fasteners and clasps and all seams are reinforced with bartacks. We have also paid attention to quality in the coloring and camouflage printing.
The UPC is the versatile model for airsoft players who want to customize their equipment! It is well made and can be easily adjusted and extended via its cummerbund. It is fully equipped with MOLLE loops and can be extended as required
It was very important to us to put together a kit that was both good value and good quality. While we have sacrificed certain features, ergonomics and out-of-the-box playability were very important to us. That's why we deliver each plate carrier with two moldable, very good dummy plates made of hard foam. Also included is a removable, Velcro-closed Tripple-Mag Pouch, which can hold up to 6 magazines of the MP5 or M4 family or 3 thicker magazines, such as G36, AK, M14 and AUG. The magazines are held taut by an elastic band!
In addition, each plate carrier comes with 6 Velcro spacer pads made of a coarse-meshed and flexible endless fabric. These pads, which are enclosed in coarse mesh, are difficult to compress despite their flexibility. They keep the plate carriers at a distance from the body and thus promote air circulation. The pads can also be removed when not in use
In addition to the pads, light padding is firmly sewn in. On the back there is a carrying handle and 5x 5 Molle loops for extensions. The back plate has an exit for cables and hoses, which is slightly pre-cut and can be easily extended if required, through which radio cables or drinking hoses can be routed. The cummerbund is fixed with two elastic cords and can be adjusted very small, but also very wide (up to 135cm max). A simple admin pouch is available on the front under the Velcro/MOLLE surface, and a MOLLE row for accessories and scrote pouches is hidden under the front flap
These features make the UPC ideal for any airsoft player looking for maximum customization and flexibility and expecting rugged quality without frills!
We must emphasize that, for all its quality, we do not recommend it for professional use, especially IRR and FRR values are not tested!

The sizes of the plate carriers are infinitely adjustable at the sides and shoulders, but the front and rear parts are fixed by the SAPI plate. As the SAPI plates are proportional in size, M to XL differ both in the height of the plate carrier and in the width.
This means that a slim but tall person may reach for M, but a shorter but stockier person would be better served by XL. To make the decision easier for you, we have collected a selection of recommendations and practical experience.
