The AK Rear Sight Rail makes it possible to mount smaller aiming aids on an AK without much effort.
To do this, the rear sight flap & rear sight spring (rear sight and spring underneath) must be removed. Then the rail can be mounted with a bolt and corresponding nut, then just insert and fix the enclosed grub screws.

This type of mounting also leaves enough space to be able to remove the dust cover.

Fits all AKs that have a normal AK rear sight such as AK47, AKM, AK74 (not 74U as the gas block is different here), AK104, Ak105, Ak Tactical. With the AK MSU, AKM Sport and the Delta Tek you would have to purchase an additional dust cover to replace this then.
