With the OMR SOC SLR we are pleased to offer you a 1:1 replica of the SOC from Otto Repa. This modern precision rifle in bullpup design offers a compact length with a much longer inner barrel and comes with the latest technology. Inside you will find the proven Ares EFCS system which is controlled by a microswitch on the trigger. Thus, annoying gearbox jams are a thing of the past and you can enjoy the game to the fullest. The newly developed gearbox was reinforced on the front sides to be able to operate stronger springs, steel gears and a piston with 15 steel teeth contribute to the durability.
The spring quick-change system can be achieved with only one screw, thus Fallen annoying conversion work before the event away. During development, not only a lot of emphasis was placed on durability, but also the ease of use was at the top of the list. Changing the battery is child's play, because the entire upper housing can be opened with just one knurled screw without tools.
Inside, the rifle offers plenty of room for various battery configurations. In addition to the folding bipod, which can be adjusted in its position via the rails, the SOC also has a spring-loaded monopod. Also, the bipod as well as the monopod is fine adjustable in height via a steel thread. An adjustable cheek rest and butt plate complete the package.
The Real Steel SOC is a semi-automatic sniper rifle - this was a first at the time of the SOC's development and is still a specialty today. The inventor of the SOC - Mr. Repa - was a senior designer at Carl Walther, later head of the contruction department at Steyr and was involved in the development of the Picatinny. We have linked more background info on Otto Repa OMR below in the download section - the airsoft version was realized in cooperation between Mr. Repa, Begadi and Ares

Details about the Ares EFCS system:
An important feature of this SAEG is the trigger mechanism. This is not triggered by a contact slide as in other weapons, but by an electronic switch (EFCS).
The trigger reacts much faster thanks to the EFCS. Another advantage is that when firing in SEMI mode, the gearbox automatically goes through a "firing cycle" per pull of the trigger and the firing mechanism is electronically controlled.
On the one hand, this allows for faster firing in SEMI mode, and on the other hand, you don't have to worry about gearbox jams in the process
