Now in its 5th generation, our AEP series has received its biggest technical update in years. We now deliver this AEP with a built-in Begadi CORE EFCS/Mosfet, Begadi PRO CNC HopUp, Begadi AEP Balanced HopUp rubber, 6.03mm tuning barrel and 11.1V LiPo battery.
Thanks to the built-in EFCS, it is now also possible to use a 3-shot burst mode. With the update from 7.4V to 11.1V, the firing rate increases to approx. 23 BBs/second.
To fire a 3-shot burst, briefly tap the trigger in auto mode, the AEP now automatically fires 3 shots, if you hold the trigger down, the electronics switch to full auto mode.
With the included charger, the battery can be fully charged in just 30 minutes.
In the internals, improvements have been made to the plastic parts such as the Nozzle, Piston and Pistonheads from Gen.3 onwards. The Gearbox now has 6mm steel bearings as standard. To reduce the volume, the Shim Set has already been fitted with shims.

The 4-year warranty mentioned above refers to the complete AEP with installed CORE Mosfet, not only to the function of the Begadi CORE. However, this is the prerequisite for this extended warranty.

Adjustment of the firing modes and PreCocking:
With the built-in Begadi CORE for AEP you can choose from 4 different settings:
1: - Semi, Burst, Auto (standard on delivery)
2: - Semi, Auto
3: - Semi, Burst
4: - Semi, Semi
If you want to change the mode, proceed as follows:
1: Disconnect the battery from the gun
2: Unload the gun and point it in a safe direction
3: Press the rear microswitch (small switch) and keep it pressed during the entire process.
(we recommend using the setting aid / programming aid for Begadi CORE EFCS / Mosfet of the Cyma Gen.5 AEP series for this, as the CORE can easily be damaged if improper tools are used)
4: Plug in the battery and pull the Trigger within 3 seconds
5: The CORE is now in programming mode and the Motor starts to vibrate
The number of vibrations reflects the corresponding mode. If you now want to set Semi, Burst (mode 3),
wait until the Motor vibrates 3 times in succession. Now press the Trigger once to save the corresponding mode.
PreCocking:
We recommend using this function only in combination with 7.4V batteries.
When using 11.1V, we explicitly recommend deactivating PreCocking.
This function improves the response behavior in semi-automatic mode.
To activate or deactivate this function, proceed as follows:
1: Disconnect the battery from the gun
2: Unload the gun and point it in a safe direction
3: Connect the battery and press the Trigger within 3 seconds
4: The PreCocking is now activated/deactivated
Matching Reddots:
Reddots with a hole spacing of 19mm (D3mm) as well as 13mm (D4mm) can be used.
The following Reddots fit, for example:
