CNC Upgrade Kit for L96 spring pressure guns.
(A 90° sear, trigger unit is required)

Consists of:
- CNC Aluminum Piston with Teflon sear and 90° Stainless Steel Piston Base
- CNC stainless steel Springguide with ball bearing
- 70° Sorbo Pad with ventilation
- O-Ring for L96 Cylinder (15,3 x 2,4mm)

Piston:
- CNC machined aluminum body
- Teflon (PTFE) slide ring to reduce friction
- Piston base (90°) made of stainless steel for maximum durability
- Green anodized
- Dimensions: outer diameter: 19.8mm; length: 117mm; inner diameter: 13.5mm.
- 70° Sorbo pad with ventilation

Springguide:
- Made of stainless steel
- Suitable for springs with an inner diameter of min: 7mm and max. 13mm outer diameter
- Ball bearing for free rotation of the spring

Mounting:
Please note the following points when assembling:
- Secure the Piston Base (stainless steel) with some threadlocker.
- Make sure that the ventilation holes of the Sorbo Pad are aligned with the Piston.
- Secure the Sorbo Pad with some super glue and the screw provided.
- Use some threadlocker on the threads of the Springguide as well.
- Wet the o-ring as well as the cylinder inside with some silicone grease.
