The "Akaishi" tuning barrels from da Vinci are made of hard carbon steel in Japan.
They offer a precise 6.03mm inner diameter with a tolerance of just +/- 0.01mm over the entire length.
The special alloy makes these barrels corrosion resistant, rust free and easy to maintain. The mirror-smooth surface inside reduces friction and can provide performance gains
At the barrel exit, excess air behind the BB is exhausted through a long funnel. This reduces deviations in the trajectory when there is too much volume. These barrels are hybrid barrels which are compatible with AEG, VSR and GBB.
Akaishi 60 offers a 5.8mm long window which is compatible with all normal HopUp rubbers

This tuning barrel is compatible with the original Cyma M14 HopUp Unit. If not already installed, we recommend the combination with our Begadi FLY5 (M14) HopUpBuckingand5mm (D=2,5mm) Tensioner.
