Manufacturer Code: PM04

Features:
- 100% Made in Italy
- made of reinforced technopolymer with an elastomer admixture for maximum durability and a good friction coefficient
- The steel teeth are made with the MIM (Metal Injetion Molding) process using SAE 4650 which is currently the best material on the market (for this process.) Then the teeth are hardened with the HRC38-42 process
- Due to the choice of material and the patented Zero Shock System, the energy from the tooth bar is evenly transferred to the plastic body of the pistol, thus ensuring long durability of both parts
- The second tooth has been omitted and the 3rd shortened by 3 tenths of a millimeter to ensure optimal AOE, making the piston perfect for high speed applications.
- The side guides are specially designed to minimize friction and maintain lubrication for the longest possible time.
- The row of teeth is slightly offset from the center for optimum engagement with the teeth of the Sector Gear.
- The teeth are prevented from coming into contact with the inside of the cylinder laterally by the piston body, which is pulled higher.
- Inside the piston is designed to minimize contact between the spring and the inner wall of the piston, thus reducing friction during compression and decompression of the spring.
- Recommended up to M140

Weight: 17g

Tread:
The side guide of the piston has a minimum width of 2.10mm and is therefore compatible with the most common gearboxes. However, there are a few exceptions where the gearbox manufacturer has manufactured the guide of the gearbox 2.2 - 2.3mm wide. If this is the case with your gearbox, the piston can easily jam in the rear area and thus generate less energy. We recommend measuring the width of the gearbox (guides) before purchasing a piston.
