Our Begadi PRO ORION CNC HopUp Unit is suitable for all JG S77 (AUG) S-AEGs and increases precision and range.
With the Orion, we also offer our customers a modern and flexible HopUp Unit for the S77 series from JG.
As with our other CNC units, we rely on the proven TDC/Rotary system and thus enable very precise adjustment in combination with a constant hop-up effect.
The selection of possible tensioners leaves nothing to be desired. A standard HopUp arm for e.g. Begadi 5mm (D3mm) rubber tensioners is included in the scope of delivery.
If you want to use all the advantages of the TDC, a 5mm tensioner (for standard inner barrels) and a 7mm (for inner barrels with large windows) made of aluminum are included.
The pressure level/hardness can also be freely selected using the included rubbers. The soft rubber (black) ensures a soft pressure (the HopUp rubber can give way more when a shot is fired), the red version is harder, making the HopUp effect somewhat more constant. The adjustment wheel must be fine-tuned. We recommend using the black version for most HopUp rubbers.
Use the red version if only very heavy BBs without R-Hop are used.
Details on the enclosed C-clips
We also want to offer our customers maximum compatibility when selecting the C-clip and guide sleeve.
We therefore include two different C-clips with the Orion. A standard version which is suitable for most tuning barrels and a 0.4mm offset version.
This is necessary, for example, in combination with the original JG barrels, as the mounting points differ.
Barrels with oversize: We have also thought of these and include two brass guide sleeves. Standard with 8.5mm and a version with 8.7mm for e.g. DaVinci barrels.
CNC machined magazine tube:
As problems with the magazine slide can sometimes occur with this model series and this could also be damaged, we include a CNC-machined aluminum version with the Orion.
This has a significantly larger chamfer compared to the original, which reduces damage to the slide in the magazine.
Precise aluminum adjustment wheel with scale. Like the unit itself, our adjustment wheel is also CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum and very finely graduated.
You have 12 markings (infinitely variable) at your disposal, which makes adjustment with different BBs or during disassembly easier.
Nozzle: Our Orion Unit can be operated with a nozzle length of 25.00mm to 25.40mm (depending on the HopUp rubber used).
Due to the precision fit on the inside, the seal between the nozzle and the HopUp rubber is also improved, allowing a higher energy level.
Material and tolerance:
The unit, HopUp arms, the magazine tube and the adjustment wheel are made of 7075 aluminum with a tolerance of +/- 0.10mm.
For very important dimensions such as the tensioner and tensioner guide, the tolerance is +/- 0.05mm.
Delivery includes:
Springs: Unfortunately, our CNC company has included springs from our NEPTUN unit in some packages. These are not required for the Orion!
Note magazine:
Unfortunately, in the past there have often been problems with the feeding of the JG AUG series. Unfortunately, the HopUp Unit has no influence on this.
If you have problems with heavy BBs, we recommend replacing the magazine spring with a stronger one, e.g. Art.:00823003 orBegadi MAG GUIDE SET
