CNC machined 7075 aluminum cylinder head with two o-rings, for V3 gearboxes with long nozzle. Designed in Germany.
Features:
- made from 7075 aluminum
- manufactured with a very precise fit
- Optimized design to improve airflow
- two o-rings for a perfect seal to the cylinder
- suitable for all standard cylinders with 23,70 - 23,80mm inner diameter (not BoreUp or Retro Arms)
- special elongated holes prevent damage to the bracket
- suitable for all standard Nozzles from 22mm length like Begadi Pro, EPES, SHS, FPS (diameter of the guide 5,3mm, length: 21mm)
- 2mm Sorbo Pads included
- Diameter for Gearbox: 23mm
Sorbo and Piston:
Two Sorbo Pads (50° green + 70° blue) with a height of 2mm each are included.
These are used to adjust the AOE and also to cushion the impact of the piston head.
The pads are not glued here as with other manufacturers but firmly inserted.
We recommend using the 50° (green) Sorbo for all S-AEGs up to 2.0 joules.
For AEGs (full auto), the 70° (blue) Sorbo should already be used from 1.5 J.
Please note that this cylinderhead corrects the AOE and for this a piston with 14,5 - 15 teeth is needed!

Please note:
This Cylinderhead can also be used with many AKs,
for this the guide of the Nozzle must be shortened to 17 - 18mm.
