Begadi PRO V2 / V3 "Guardian" CNC Cylinderheads with Airseal Sorbo Pad

CNC machined Cylinderheads made from 7075 aluminum with innovative Sorbo pad,
suitable for V2 and V3 Gearboxes,designed in Germany.
This Cylinderheads from the PRO series improves the air volume and reduces the volume thanks to the new design. Due to the missing O-ring between Gearbox and Cylinderheads, it can also be used with stronger Springs.
The optimized sorbo pad not only serves to absorb shocks, but also seals against the Cylinder. The externally mounted lip expands due to the pressure in the Cylinder and is thus pressed against the wall of the Cylinder.
This Cylinderheads is also compatible with our Begadi PRO aluminum and Tight-Fit Nozzles
Cylinder:
It can be used with all standard Cylinders with an inner diameter of 23.80mm (not Overbore or Retro Arms 24mm).
Please note:
Due to the Sorbo Pad (=lower constant contact surface), the Guardian should not be used in combination with our Vario Pistonheads. We recommend combining the Guardian with our: Begadi PRO CNC Alu Pistonheads (Gen.2)
Compared to Cylinderheads with two O-rings, the Guardian can sit slightly lighter in the Cylinder. This is intentional so as not to damage the sealing lip of the Sobopad during installation. As soon as the pressure is built up in the Cylinder during a shot, it presses against the Cylinder and seals in the same way as heads with a double O-ring.
This must also be taken into account during a manual pressure test (push the Piston into the Cylinder by hand)!
The lip only expands if there is sufficient pressure. If you only push the Piston slowly into the Cylinder, this will not work and cannot be tested.
