In the wonderful Sonneberg / Heinersdorf (municipality of Judenbach) in Thuringia, an opportunity arose for us [AirSoft Freunde Sonneberg e.V.] to have our own playing field, believe us comrades, we didn't hesitate and got to work immediately. With countless hours and helping hands, we cleared everything free of unwire, building rubble and other debris so that we could play on this site for the first time. This would not have been possible without teamwork. Our club site is a former barracks of the border troops. We are really lucky to be able to call this spacious area our own. The field offers both snipers and CQB fans the opportunity to let off steam and is therefore ideally suited as a playing field for airsoft. A variety of different game modes are possible. There are 15800 m² available as a playing field. There is a large, multi-storey building (barracks) with a dark cellar. This building has a main entrance to the west which leads directly to the staircase which provides access to the cellar and of course to the upper floors. There is another small staircase to the basement at the side entrance to the south. The building's numerous windows can also be used for access. Furthermore, there is lush vegetation and numerous artificial cover options throughout the site. A number of barricades have been erected at strategic points for this purpose. Of course, we are constantly working on expanding our terrain to offer an even more varied program and more space for tactical development. We still have various extension and conversion measures planned. Stay tuned and let us surprise you!
